The place where i go deer hunting the woods are joined to another property. He must hunt in the December controlled hunt. When we go hunting he goes on his side of the property and drives his truck like a mad man to scare the deer, has even led some shots off. Can any one tell me if that falls under any laws or is he aloud because he's on his property. Tnx

It could.....I’d call the local CO and run it past him.
And the deer know to run on / stay on his property because he’s making noise ?
He likely sends more your way. Try to get along or maybe your trophy buck will expire on his side of fence and it becomes his no tag required

Two offenses come to mind....illegal to harass wildlife AND not allowed to interfere with legal hunt activities. Use your phone to take a video and call a CO...

Send him a "Thank you" note mentioning that his thoughtfulness of stirring Deer to the adjacent property helped you to bag a trophy Buck and that you look forward to his "assistance" in years to come. If he's an anti-hunter and his intention is to interfere with your hunt,guaran-damn-teed you'll never hear another peep out of him. This may sound a tad sarcastic,but,we've used this tactic several times in the past with stellar results.
