Well that's probably because their logistic management is so terrible that they expect 50% of the doses to expire, and 40% not to even hit our tarmacs. Shows how inefficient Turdeau's government is.
Well, I clicked on that link and watched the video but I couldn't help not clicking on the item in the top left corner, the one showing the 2 gals in the skimpy bikinis. I've never laughed so hard with that guy farting. Best sequence was the guy walking by and saying, "Good one!" and the answer, Thank You!

I have not heard of their rationale for purchasing so much but can only speculate that he wants to look like a great leader by giving the extra doses to 3rd world countries. He is wanting the United Nations to make a statue of him so everyone can worship the great man.
