Camouflage. Does it really work?

So it happened Thursday.
We lost one of ours back in August to a rare autoimmune disease. Fine one day, tucked away in our front garden 3 days later. We struggled through the fall and early winter, wondering if we'd get another. Thursday, we did. Funny, despite owning dogs all my life, I've never been the one to pick. Other family, (parents/kids etc)....So I've finally gone brindle.

The pup blends in well with the blanket....and yes the camo sure does work... Nice addition to the family J.
On a side note got the T5's and built a stand for it and got it all set up...

Grats, they took care of you then? Did you add a dome for humidity?
Other ad ons you could do this year year or next is a heat pad, and or you could buy a Mylar blanket ( CT camping isles) to contain/reflect some light similiar to my tent.

This will be the first dog for “me”. So when we felt ready and started talking about it back around Christmas. I was pretty set on a Brindle Boxer, or Bull Mastiff. Then we talked pure bred or rescue. Decided rescue. Lots of mix breed I wouldn’t go near, a few I would.

Got wind of these pups in need. Didn’t know squat about Belgian Shepherds. But the more I researched them, the more I knew this would be the one.

Yup, camouflage sure works for the human eye anyway. Great looking pup!!
