Go ahead and decline and if you get Covid i'm sure the healthcare system will decline to treat you as well...or at least they should!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Doctors have sworn a Hippocratic oath "First, do no harm"
Politicians? Not so much....
Simple fear mongering on your part.
Good old Rocco. He represented Omah Khadar’s brother for a while back in the early 2000’s. Yes you do have the right to refuse medical treatment. And that same social safety net will still be there for you should you change your mind if you get sick.
Anyone can decline COVID measures if they are prepared to accept the consequences of ignoring a public health order. No admittance to stores, being ticketed, paying a fine, even spending a little time behind bars like this stunned bunny.

Guelph female allegedly throws anti-mask tantrum, says she'll do it again, gets jailed
Police say she went behind the counter of a business and 'began throwing product around'
Guelph Mercury
Tuesday, April 6, 2021
A Guelph woman has been held in jail since Sunday after she repeatedly said she would break the law to protest mask wearing if released, police say.
"On Sunday (April 4) morning, about 10:20 a.m., the Guelph Police Service was called to a business on Silvercreek Parkway North. A female customer had gone behind the counter and began throwing product around after she was denied service for not wearing a mask," says a release sent April 6.
The woman was arrested for mischief, but "indicated if she was released she would go back inside and repeat the behaviour."
So police say they took her to the station, "where she repeatedly stated if she was released she would attend other businesses and demand service without a mask" and if no service given "would commit further criminal acts in protest."
The 49-year-old was held for a bail hearing Tuesday, and charged with mischief under $5,000.
Most people who say they will decline, I truly ask (and doubt) they have the will to deal with the consequences.
Most people will fold when they find out they can't step foot in an airport, or not go into a public space. Lots of keyboard
warriors, but very few real warriors.
Jailed for mischief not for not complying as you imply.
"would commit further criminal acts in protest."
Contrary to what some of you believe, this video is about is about understanding what your rights are under the charter. This is good information to know so we don't just blindly follow along with what the authorities tell us. There is a reason all the emergency order violation tickets are getting thrown out, they won't hold up under a court challenge.
As far as the lady Badenoch refers to that was jailed. There is a big difference between civil disobedience and being an hole. It appears that the "No more lockdowns" group are successfully stopping businesses from being fined through peaceful protest.
Definitely they should-after all, they choose to be "unhealthy".
And then ,log their names in the WE WILL NOT TREAT YOU ,since YOU CHOOSE TO BE SICK alongside all the: alcoholics, narcos, DUI hurt drivers ,non health related obese, attemted suicide perpetrators..........one day, they may even come up with recommended vitamins, and if one is not taking them -they should also be listed as "bad citizens"..........the list is endless.
Well, the issue is that someone that has COVID may subject another person to COVID. A smoker cannot smoke in a shopping mall or any public place, due to the issues surrounding second hand smoke being inhaled by others ... so it's kind of the same thing ... they create rules where smoking isn't allowed in malls or public areas.
Treatment of illnesses on the other hand should not be withheld ... simply because we do not have the capacity to decide what is right and wrong ... it would be a disaster for anyone to attempt that.
I would say, people should do what they want, but they have NO right to expose others to danger (or even the risk of danger). So, when it comes to making choices, and for instance not taking a vaccine or not wearing a mask ... I don't think it's right for someone to then expose others to the risk of catching the virus.
The vaccine is to protect your health and lessen the impact of the virus on you and you only. No one else. Once vaccinated it does not guarantee that a person will be infected again and become a carrier.
Influenza affects 1 billion people each and every year and has for decades. Nothing new.
If a person wishes to avoid each and every variants then they should stay at home and avoid all human contact.
Everyone else is free to enjoy life.
No different than when a cop asks for for my ID for an assumption.
This statement doesn't make sense. You say people should do what they want and then basically say they shouldn't.
It's about freedom vs risk and what is reasonable. Who gets to determine what the real risk or danger is? The next question is who gets to determine what is acceptable and what isn't? What is the reasonable response. Is it reasonable that people can't go to work because of the perceived risk and danger of COVID? It is reasonable to destroy the economy and our children's future over the perceived risk and danger of COVID? Is it reasonable to make someone take an experimental vaccine because of the perceived risk and danger of COVID?
All I know is the people that have been making the determinations of acceptable risk so far are far from reasonable. This is why we need to understand our rights to decline mandatory COVID measures.
So the decision by the Healthcare and Politicians to deliberately hide therapeutics, "killing thousands", garners some sort of respect or compliance? Give your heads a shake. Time to wake up and demand that this is enough. Either stand up and fight for what's right or get the Frig out of the way!!!
The vaccine will also reduce or completely eliminate the symptoms of the disease, including prevention of coughing, running noses and sneezing ... which will reduce the prime mechanisms which spread the virus. So vaccination may in fact help reduce transmission simply due to that. I do agree that being vaccine does not mean you cannot carry and spread the virus ... and therefore masks and proper hygiene should continue to be practiced until sufficient heard immunity is established.
Jake pick one ... you are free to get everyone sick because you don't want to follow rules. OR you are free not to follow the rules, but don't dare put anyone else at risk. WHAT gives someone the right to break the rules and get me sick in the process???? They DO NOT have that right. It's like saying ... I'm gonna get drunk and then get in a car ... because I don't care about the laws ... and oh, it's okay if I kill a few people while doing that. It's pure ABSURDITY to think that way.
If you don't want to get the vaccine or wear a mask, fine ... but then you'll be obligated to ensure you do not get others that are following the rules sick. Don't ask me how that gets implemented ... I don't know, I haven't thought about it ... but my point is, you have a duty to prevent others from getting sick. People that know their sick and do not use proper due diligence to prevent others from getting sick have been charged in the past (HIV transmission).
You make a reasonable comment. Therapeutic drugs will also do the same. Problem is that the flawed PCR testing they insist on utilizing on asymptomatic people is still driving their numbers.
You may test positive but are not necessarily contagious. This has been proven many times over now. Testing should only be done in conjunction with symptoms.
Bottom line is like with any other bouts of influenza, if your not feeling well stay home in bed.
If you're sick with a cold or flu what's the point of staying in bed and hiding under the covers? I'd much prefer to be outside soaking up the sun, and if I have any energy I'll be puttering around in the back yard or garage or even, heaven forbid, out on the lake dragging my favorite rapapla around.
Life involves risk. The rights of your fellow citizens do not stop where your fear begins.
This isn't as black and white or either/or as you say. We need to determine the actual risk of COVID, not what the media says, not what the government says but what is the real risk. We need to sort out the PCR tests and get some real numbers. Show me the science and I'm all in. Everything they are doing regarding COVID is unscientific. All these out of proportion measures for a virus with a survivability of 99%. Lets put all this in a little perspective. Do we need to start doing the same with the flu? What happened to the flu?
If the lockdowns work why do we keep needing them. If six feet works why the masks, if masks work why the six feet. If the vaccine works why do you still need to mask and distance. You need the second vaccine dose after 21 days oh no wait now you don't. You can't mix first and second shots from different manufacturers oh wait now you can. Asymptomatic spread is not real, oh wait now it is. You don't need to wear masks oh wait now you need two. Stop the insanity.
If you have to be constantly told there is a pandemic there isn't one. If you have to be tested to find out if you have the virus something is up. Without the media most of us would not know that anything was wrong. For every one nurse in a family that talks about full hospitals and the world coming to an end there are 5 other nurses out there talking about empty beds or doing tick tok dance videos. Were any of the emergency hospitals used?
Everyone talks about the responsibly to do no harm to others as an excuse for the COVID measures. What about the suicides, overdoses, people dead due to lack of medical care or cancelled surgeries, missed cancer treatments and diagnosis. Where does their harm fit into this. Is the responsibility to do no harm to them less than others? Have more people died from these things than COVID? There is an argument for that.
I know people have lost loved ones and that's a tragedy but it's not the catastrophe the government would have us believe.
Covid is real but this is getting out of hand. Protect the vulnerable and let this thing run its course. As far as due diligence goes, if you're sick, stay home.
Isn't that the best way to feel better. If I stay inside and mop around I feel Worse. Go outside and sweat it out or at least get moving always does the body good. I don't mean go walk around the local store either...like outside outside lol

So ,there is the stay home order.
I can not go to one of my favorite places-Luther Marsh. It is closed due of COVID, since this morning.
Luther falls under GRCA.
GRCA maintains over a dozen of Parks.
Many are STILL OPEN. Most of them are close to populated places.
Thus they have a higher chance of being overrun by many.
Many ppl = high chance of transmitting the virus(or so we were told)See all the closures of businesses and else..............
Bellwood is open-yet Luther is not.
Luther-where ,at best ,10-15 cars park at the main entrance, and 3 at best, at side entrances(not in the hunting season- now, in the spring).
I am pretty sure GRCA has all the explanations why it is like that.
These kind of things erode all the trust in any measures, Government (or its affiliates)come up with.
Sorry, I do work in the medical field and based on the informed research done I have no fear of the virus based on my personal medical condition.
This was also confirmed by my GP. Worst case would be sick in bed for a few days. Now that spring is here and windows are open there is even a lesser chance of that happening.
On the other hand it appears that you are terrified so I highly recommend that you hibernate in the basement and not come out until the all clear signal is given. But hey, that is just my own personal recommendation to you. Do your own research. Talk to your doctor.
