Personally think the US courts will block the closure. But who knows. If the order isn’t blocked it could be near catastrophic. In so much as these are hardly the times, to absorb so heavy/costly a blow.More job losses, inflationary pressures far and wide, etc. Not to mention the howls from you know where.

To be honest, there is a small part of me, that hopes It is forcefully shut down.

Whichever way it goes, it’s um, interesting, following both Fords amd JTs “responses”. JTs is pretty predictable, but deep down, no doubt he is privately praying the whole thing just goes away. Even if, it's not shut down, the Liberals are going to utterly slammed for their hipopcrisy for supporting it, as well as Eastern Canada. A long with arguments pointing out the need for more pipelines..What if line 5 fails, and theres no oil, or just how vulnerable we are.....A no win, either way.

If it closes down, there will be an major increase in oil going by rail and truck with the potential for more spills. I am also guessing the price increase for fuel in Ontario will probably go up by 75 cents a liter.

The major Michigan Election Fraud case has just filed a bombshell pleading claiming votes were intentionally switched from President Trump to Joe Biden. The number of votes is MASSIVE and determinative. This will prove true in numerous other States. All Republicans must UNIFY and not let this happen. If a thief robs a jewelry store of all of its diamonds (the 2020 Presidential Election), the diamonds must be returned. The Fake News media refuses to cover the greatest Election Fraud in the history of our Country. They have lost all credibility, but ultimately, they will have no choice!

'Claiming' is the word you must emphasize. Many other lawsuits have been tossed out because there is no evidence, of these other 'claims'. Do MSM control the courts as well? I believe absolutely ZERO of what trump says. What's it up to now, 30,000 provable lies over 4 years?

I read somewhere that Enbridge will challenge Michigan's authority to shutdown the line and just say "see you in court" and leave the line running for now.

A shutdown would be catastrophic for Ontario and probably cost the Liberals the province in a federal election.

The pipeline shut down will bring devastating effects here in Ontario.


I doubt Michigan has the power to shut it down. All talk with little bite, but this is future path we are pushing for. I'd still be surprised if it had to close.

They say they will not shut it down and defy the governor of Michigan's orders.

The Washington Post has all of them documented. Trump said he was going to take them to court. They said bring it on, we have your statements and the facts ready. Trump declined to pursue it. lol. The tossed court cases speak for themselves .

Biden Tells lies everyday lol. Maybe not intentionally but he definitely forgets what he is talking about and just spits out random numbers lol.

If doubling the cost of fuel is the price to pay for gutting the Trudeau Liberals and getting them out of office I'm happy to pay. It would be expensive but worth it.

Fuel cost, and other downstream cost as well. I’m not sure, but I think lumber has to be trucked to mills then to Home Depot?

Sad really, that while a lot of Ontarians now see just how devastating this could be, and likely will turf him right fast. That didn’t seem to matter when it was affecting people far away. I can give some climate activist credit, they are sticking to their guns and convictions, in full support of shutting it down. Calling the Liberals out. Ontario and Quebec sudden concern is another matter.

In your haste to do a Mic drop you omit the fact that the courts did not even look at any documents.
Hence why Justice Clarence Thomas expressed a concern.

My money would be on big oil in a normal world but seeing that right now it is not I'll take Biden for an executive order closing the line and creating more economic damage with the bonus of supply chain issues due to fuel shortages to further the Great Reset. Of course in line with the liberal leaked agenda.
