I wonder if that ruling might be different seeing as Trudeau felt he did not have to follow it.

I would say that you are correct.
I agree commercial hotels should not be used for traveler quarantine. Such facilities should be government owned and supervised. Other wise it becomes too overly convenient for a governing party to hand over a plum to enterprises that support their party. As for the charter I’ve always had problems with it. It emphasize the rights of the individual and places them above what might be good for society as a whole. It has served to fragment the country into being run by whims, as oppose to sound policies. Parties don’t get elected to government by exhibiting sound leadership policies, they get elected by playing to the various whims, within society.. .Quote:

The Charter.....Some on here, even a least one running for office, think that it SHOULD be all about the individual. Not how does government work for the majority of society , but how it works for ME, personally.
The government clearly works for the Global Elites and no longer represents the people.
