A day school even if run by the feds is not a residential school. Day school means you go home at night. I.e you are not removed from your culture, family, and language. There is limited ability to make you white or have creepers sneak into your room at night for nefarious reasons.Quote:

That being said supposedly the day schools were bad as well and there is also class action against the feds regarding their operation.

Problems associated with removal from family and culture (one of the biggest strikes against residential schools) are not there when you go home at the end of the day and are home on the weekend.
