I often get pics up close of them investigating the camera but this one is probably the best posed pic i have ever gotten.

Great pose for a wanted poster?
Cute, good luck with your hunt, looking forward to reading about your adventure(s)
so weird how clean they are, my dog is dirtier than that bear LOL! great picture, his coat looks very nice as well.
Beauty of a bear! Can't wait for my hunt in about 4 weeks. Going with a slug gun this time.
Great pic. Good luck this fall. I guess you're seeing some action!
Love your posts and and your pics bud:) I haven't been able to find time to accommodate bears into my yearly hunting schedule....so I look forward to your posts every year...lol....are you doing your usual boat in hunt this fall?
Cool picture, keep us posted with your hunt
Pretty cool looking. The bear looks like it is young but then again I have not hunted for bears. Does it look young to anyone else?
Haha. Great pic. Looks like he made himself pretty for the shot.
Great picture. I've got a few of them like that. Sadly the next picture is either teeth or paws or both and usually that's the end of it lol. Happened twice with my old flash cameras.

Actually this year is by canoe only - my zodiac is in perfect working order but the trailer not so much and although possible it is a pain to roll up and inflate on site. Gotta basically do a complete re-build on the trailer. Dragged it into one to many of those back lakes on sketchy trails. When i find some time i have to reinforce the frame and replace the axle and suspension with something that has more clearance and can take a beating. This bait is the back of a large complex of beaver ponds and although canoe access the put in is actually off my driveway.
[QUOTE=Species8472;1168919]Thanks for the offer. Will consider it. I'm actually NE of Orangeville a little so not that far from Gtown - maybe 45
Not too far at all........touch base closer to the season, and we'll go from there:)
