A used large chest style freezer and generator on a flat bed trailer is the technique friends used for bringing Antelope meat back from Wyoming (before Covid-19). They also used it for bringing Moose back from their camp in Cochrane to Oshawa. It allowed them to break the return trip into two sections avoiding driving non-stop. It's system that hasn't failed them, yet.
I know some people who ship it in a refrigerated transport truck.
I thought Caracas was in Venezuela?
As Alfoldivandor mentioned make a insulated box with or or better yet dry ice, for our bush camp we take a chest freezer with dry ice on the bottom and fill the freezer full of pre made frozen meals, vegetables and bread then if successful fill the freezer with moose meat for the trip home works great and the dry ice last for weeks.
When You are planning to do this?
Makes a big difference transporting meat between mid Sept til. end of Nov.
