First Nation that uncovered the remains of 215 children a residential school site earlier this year, said they had sent “two heartfelt invitations” to Trudeau.
[COLOR=#000000]While Trudeau did end up travelling to B.C. on Thursday, it was to spend the day with family in Tofino, rather than to take the community up on their invitation.

I admire Trudeau's decision to take a stroll along a BC beach while he demands the rest of Canada wallow in guilt over the treatment of indigenous children. It sets an example I intend to follow. Next year when this annual hankie fest rolls around I will make plans to find a nice beach and not trouble myself further on the subject.

I'll take the positive view...the Village Idiot wandering on a beach might be the foretelling of a gesture by his father. ..one could only hope :)

The good news is that going forward we are free to ignore Truth and Reconciliation Day. Trudeau established this maudlin holiday, urged people to wear orange, preached that we should spend the holy day solemnly reflecting on the past sins of the white man. Instead of doing what he told all of Canada to do he went on vacation. Next year when he gives the same lecture we can respond with screw that noise let's go to the beach.

Just got back from God's country, so I guess if I were aboriginal I would think, what is the lesser of two evil's, O' Toole who thought residential school's were set up to educate aboriginals or Justine who just worked getting re elected and was on the phone most of the day speaking to survivors. Well it was sure good to see The Village Idiot get berated for his snub on reconciliation day by the Band Chief yesterday. He looked like a beaten dog sitting there with his tail between his legs.

Not since Greta Thunberg took a strip off him for not doing enough for Climate Change have we seen him humiliated

Funny how his performances on his two key election platforms have both failed miserably and he's been called on publically on both of them....by women too !!
