More fear mongering.
They pick deer hunting season to come out with that crap in order to scare the population into covid submission.
Enjoy your hunting hobby and turn off MSM. You will live longer and much healthier.
Impact, yeah ur right, however, it is concerning all the same\\
SO if a deer is infected, does cooking/smoking the meat kill the virus?
Can a human catch covid by ingestion of the meat?
the tag laws will soon change to "one mask-less deer in any WMU, or one masked deer in WMU xx" lol
Can we vaccinate some of my bolts??
Animals can catch the virus - I read recently that 3 Snow Leopards in a zoo dies from it - what it points out is that this virus will be around for a long time
Especially since the fully vaccinated can still be infected and spread it. ...you might need your QR code passport to get into the Zoo but, but it doesn't mean you won't pick up the virus while your there.... HaHa..
Have to learn to live with it, catch it every 6 months or so, stay home a few days and then carry on...sort of like the seasonal flu/cold in the days of old.

quick - lets spend millions on studies for these nutjobs at these government agencies... first CWD now Covid, this will decades millions of dollars and decades to study this!!!
Ohhhh ..'Verified Venison'..only two shots !!!
Hmmm… how do deer become infected in the first place? They must have had close contact with an infected individual and lived to tell about it ??? Something is wrong with this picture … I don’t buy this.
Swear it must be Apr 1st....The nonsense rationale:
Quote:
in a statement Wednesday, the environment department said “There has been no known transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from deer to humans at this time.”
It repeated Ottawa’s long-standing public health advice to Canadians to get fully vaccinated and recommended people also wear a well-fitting mask “when exposed to respiratory tissues and fluids from deer, practice good hand hygiene, and avoid splashing/spraying fluids from these tissues as much as possible.”
Weese, who has published a useful blogpost, says the risk to hunters “is a big question.” Hunters have potential for exposure to respiratory aerosols in wounded animals as well as close contact with carcasses, he says. Venison if properly cooked “presumably” does not pose a risk, and the risk from handling roadkill is minimized since dead deer don’t breathe, but people should still use precautions when handling a carcass or wounded deer, he said.
This will be a great example to show that deer will be able to live just fine even with this stupid virus.... these alarmists will regret trying to ramp up the fear about deer with covid - this will be a good case to show how awesome nature is and how deer will adapt and thrive! maybe humans can learn from it!

How might this effect butchers processing deer if it becomes wide spread through our deer heard?
Now I know why we had trouble filling our tags…..they were in quarantine!!!!!
Rick, I thought they were all lined up to get their shots.
Well, the small doe I shot wandered right into my apples. Figured if she can smell em she didn't have cover
I think the true problem is deer are suffering from WOLFID. Seems once WOLFID latches on the number of deer shrink drastically.

Haha.
We should not forget that coytID is also a variant of concern. Its mostly affecting age category of 0-8 months.
MSM is watching the situation and will provide truthful facts so concerned deer parents can make informed decisions [emoji1787][emoji1787]

Perfect timing to try new hunting technique:
Place "Vaccination clinic" signs in forest with arrow pointing towards your stand
