Yes.
Droughts, lake levels, climates change, the only consistent thing is the fact they will change. The big worry is the incompetence of the current govt to think beyond their belly button lint and attack on Canadian oil and insistence tax increases, ideologues lacking in foresight and empathy they are pathetic at best. For events like ice storm, hurricanes, earth quakes, yes Canada has them, solar storms and a long list it can be clearly seen the current Federal govt has doubled the deficit but shown it is incapable of even thought out preparation or response. This is very evidence in its ignoring the warnings and handling of the Wuhan Pneumonia, appropriating vaccines and protective gear and screening, lies and incompetence that even CBC has pointed out.

Changes that bring back the droughts in the west or longer storms or less rain or too much rain, who really knows, the models 30 years ago were talking ice age and now global warming. The preparation is lacking and the talk more about votes and fear mongering than having a thought out set of plans that could save lives. Canada is very vulnerable and they seem inclined to make it more so, for example, look at projects like Energy East being cancelled, that makes Canada even more vulnerable, a series of storms or something that stops the oil flow into Eastern Canada and shortages would quickly happen in the East.

They are like the idiots that build subdivisions in a rivers flood plain... then wonder a decade later when there is a disaster, no fore thought!
Governments have been frigging around with weather modifications for decades now.
They manipulate it to serve an agenda.

I now have to go further north to find good ice than I use to have to.
Some folks are equating global warming with climate change however warming is just one of the symptoms. I think one of the bigger concerns is the erratic shifts in weather patterns such as drought followed by flooding.
I heard a syrup producer talking on the radio last week, I didn't catch where they are but their season now begins mid February as opposed to the mid March it was years ago. At $2/liter I expect we'll all be reducing our carbon footprint for quite sometime.
While the earth has its natural patterns, I can’t see how our existence isn’t in some way speeding up climate change. We are heavy polluters. In good conscience I can’t believe that we are innocent and our rapid population expansion and thirst for material things isn’t in some way negatively affecting climate change. Some people/generations live so recklessly that they believe tomorrow isn’t their responsibility.
Anglers and hunters, believe it or not,are at the vanguard of the results of "climate change" whether we realize it or not. We're the first to see migration pattern shifts, breeding cycle changes, environmental diseases that affect big game animals and fish. Personally,I believe it's naturally occuring and has been since the dawn of time. I believe we MUST stop pollution in all it's forms. Elinating the use and dumping of single-use plastics would be a good start along with elimination of chemical fertilizers that's leeching into ground water aquifers, rivers and lakes. Having said that,IMO,taxing the crap out of everything in sight bankrupting economies and costing millions of people their jobs is absolute insanity. It must be stopped cold in it's tracks.
Yes, I'm concerned about climate change. I've been fishing for about 15 years and, unfortunately, there are significant changes in my region in a bad way. Some fish have disappeared from rivers, and the rivers and lakes have become dirty, which is worth only the story of the Kulfo river. I wrote a great post to read here , and I always search for new information on this question to make people aware of the importance of preserving nature. I believe it's possible.
I am concerned very about climate change especially on how it is going to affect younger anglers/hunters. I have spent 60+ years enjoying the outdoors and looking back is scary. Even worse is the fact that it may slow down, it is never going to stop.

Politics and selfish interests would need to be taken out from this subject. Modelling would need to be done only if not driven by agenda, and presenting only the ones supporting the agenda should stop.
Overpopulation would need to be adressed-that is one of the main reasons of all these disasters being "noticed" and having major impact.
Where there were few or any ppl-and no electronics to notice and report in a split second to the whole world the disaster-there were likely as much disasters, just no one worried about them, because they did not impacted almost no one.
Climate change is bad,but the sacrifice we are made to do ,with little or no scientific studies and data to support it(and lack of real historical facts)will likely have little impact. All of the sacrifice will just make us support those special interest groups-benefiting from Climate change agenda-regardless of them being naive, ill minded or selfish.
We should control pollution, and let Mothetr Nature take care of the climate.
Sorry man my misread, I agree with ya
I do think it’s unfair that some choose to yell at North America when we are a small polluter compared with to China, Indian, Africa etc etc.
