Pretty sure all i need is fresh line for my reels. Now i know whenever i go out to buy the line something else will inevitably come home with me. What that is remains to be seen. Can't ever seem to spend less than $200 (and sometimes a lot more) whenever i am in a store with a good selection of gear (hunting and fishing both) - it's a disorder. Only way to combat the disease is to not go. Problem is it seems to happen online as well. Just start adding crap to my basket. Trying to avoid sites that sell stuff LOL.
Should be good to go!
Picked up a Jiffy 10” gas auger at the end of the ice season last year.
Couldn't pass up the great deal at Cabela’s.
Might pick up a few lures to replace lost ones last year.
For me I don't need anything.
But I'm sure my wallet will notice otherwise.
Couple jigs and some more Simcoe bugs from SI flies in Oshawa. If you guys are looking for some great jigs get some from him caught 95% of my specs and all my blue gills and perch on a pink or orange one last year.
did alot of lake bottom scouting this summer ... trying to find good spots for white fish ... conclusion was I gotta get more mobile this year, going to look for a flip over to replace my popup.

Not sure if Clam still sells them anymore but they probably have something similar. A great run and gun hut
brushless drill with handle and a couple 5.0 amp batteries and your golden
yap exactly what I was looking at. debating weather to get a small one person, or larger ones... ill be pulling it with ATV.
I usually go solo, once in a while my wife joins, and maybe twice every season I have more ppl [friends]
my popup is thermal also, wouldnt go with anything else,
Was never much of an ice angler. But decided to go all in this year. Bought an 8" Strikemaster auger last week and looking for a flasher and hut. I guess a sled too.
Just picked up a Pelican 82 at Homehardware. List price was 499 with towbar and cover. Online the price is 424. Gettum while they’re hot!

Geared up pretty good over the last 2 years. Other than some eyeball spoons I "think" all I need is minnows haha
I just picked up a snow dog now just waiting for ice. Hopefully two weeks for my speck and splake spots
Flip Over Otter Shelter, and a new auger for me. Had a Jiffy Propane 10" model but it is messed up after years of abuse and doesn't run right (been in shop twice could figure out/fix)
So not sure what kind to get now, or just another Jiffy, any suggestions?
Deep snow and heavy slush kept me home last winter and prevented me from trying out some new toys… Marcum underwater camera, Eskimo pop up shelter. I really want to try ice camping, so bought a big new sleigh (Trek 94) to haul all of my gear. Let’s see what happens!
Nothing major for me this year just been getting the odd new baits here and there as I see good deals. I do need cabelelas or another big box store for a certain size tue lol.

I'm looking to upgrade my hand auger to a battery powered one. I've got my eye on the Ion alpha plus but the price tag is a little up there.
Chris,
Get yourself an Eskimo pistol auger, clam plate and 5 amp/h coreless drill.
You won't regret it
I got myself a new Strikemaster 40V with 8" bore. Looking forward to trying that out. No more smoking me out of my perm hut.
Couldn't help myself today, since i've got the truck back on the road and am gonna be using the atv more this winter i picked up the Jet sled XL on sale at canadian tire. and then hitup cabelas to get the last runner kit they had for it.
I bought a Dewalt XR Max drill only, I already had the charger and (2) 5 amp/hr batteries so it didn't make sense to go with the Milwaukee Fuel. I would have had to spend hundreds more for the charger and batteries.
Guys that have the same drill like them.
