Wowee 75 bucks CAD for a paperback? I checked on ebay.ca and its no cheaper there. At the high end on ebay people are asking 265 CAD + 25 bucks shipping!!!Quote:

Some members here have noted they have a US post box …. Maybe they could help you out getting a copy to Canada from Amazon.com
I've been talking with one of my neighbours. She said she has a friend who goes to the states a lot and has family there so I might try getting them to pick it up at some point
what about ordering on amazon.com, I see it like 16 there, what would be after shipping and maybe customs who knows.
The one on Amazon.com for 16 won't ship to Canada. I think my best bet as a previous post mentioned is going to be getting it shipped to someone in the states and have them bring it back
