As a daily Photoshop user for 20 years, I don't buy it. There is one line running downwards from that 3rd eyeball that looks off to me. Like they didn't use the clone tool properly.

The Globe posted a CTV video about it. The hut owner said he's never seen anything like it on Nip though he has seen other deformities (more like tumours etc).
