That looks great! What kind of wood did you use for it?
Mike
Very nice TG, good luck with it this season, I only wish I had a fraction of the talent, (and patience) some of you guys do, to make calls etc.
I used oak, then stained it with a grey stain. I wanted the call to blend naturally instead of being red oak colour.
Tg- can you upload a video with a demonstration? Love to hear it
If I get some time I could upload a vid, but it won't be that exciting watching me work on a lathe drinking expresso. LOL if you have any questions just PM me and i will try to answer
Not of the making. Just how it works.
Great job on the call. Good luck using it soon!
Sorry Goosesniper for the miss understanding LOL, Sure i will try to put a sound clip on here but i have never done that before but i will try.
looks great hope it brings in your dream tom...awesome feeling succeeding with gear you made...again best of luck....FB
I like the grey color...looks sharp! Good job!!
great work! I'm wanting to make some as well, I have a woodworking shop with lathe etc, just need to get the proper materials, I have a ton of different woods
Thanks guys for all the nice words, I tried putting a sound clip but I have No clue how to do it.
Tg. Is that slate on the other side. Where did you get the parts. Not the wood of course.
I had to order it on line from the states in P.A brookside game calls they were vary nice and did everything they could do to help me out. They got everything from slate to copper and glass cut to what ever size
