Well the family just got bigger by one. My wife and I have been looking at retrievers for some time, and as a matter of complete happenstance, an old friend bred his female black lab, to another friends black male.
Once we get the usual basic training done, it's out in the field with me she goes. Hope to get her decently trained enough for next years seasons.
