The London plant made about 27 cereals, including Corn Flakes, Frosted Flakes, Special K and Rice Krispies.

I'd be inclined to put the bag back in the box and tuck it away, quite a keepsake of Canadian history.

Sharon, I'm pretty sure the years represent the length of employment with the company?

Correct.

Very sad to see and very difficult for employees with that kind of seniority to find equivalent employment elsewhere. There is age discrimination out there people!

On a side note, I emailed HR at work last week in regards in how the company will celebrate my 35 years of continuous service coming up in May.
No reply!
I guess I'm lucky to just keep my job and work another year!

Cool but sad at the same time.

Sad times indeed. I would keep it as a token to the quickly disappearing normal world.

Pretty sad.
