Two down
Monday was a bust for our group. Tuesday morning around 7am a buck walked across in front of me about 90 yards. But there was way too much stuff in the way. At 730 he came back behind me. I took the shot and down he went.
Later that evening we decided to go to a bush that's flooded. We didn't have high hopes in seeing anything. At 5pm I heard crunching in the cedars then a few minutes later out pops a good size yearling... I texted Mike saying there is a small one in front and we decided to pass. At that moment I heard more movement in the cedars and out pops a big doe. She spots me right away. All while I had my phone in my hand video taping the other deer.. I slowly slid the phone in the pocket and raised the gun, she dropped on the spot aswell! But in the swamp!
