Good bye old friend

Its never easy to do but last night we had to put to rest our family friend, Bear our choc Lab. It was a tough decision to make but as a family we all agreed that his pain and suffering had lasted long enough. He was a great friend and he gave us so many memories and stories that we will never ever forget. The house feels so empty without you Bear, every time I turn around I expect to see you there, every time I get home from work I expect you at the door. You are a great dog and will be sadly missed by everyone. You have added so much joy to all of our lives. You will always be in our hearts.

Not an easy thing to do, time will ease the loss but memories will always remain. As they say "mans best friend "

Those decisions are never easy. I'm sorry.

Still missing my girl who died in Dec. Her daughter is crying out off and on through the night which she's never done. She must be grieving too.

Sorry to hear that man. My BLF is 2 years old & we already have a very strong bond formed. When I read post's like this it makes me sad that she will depart one day. I will be a mess when she goes.
