They do the same prep with rats !!!!!

Lets see...I've had blackened steak, blackened red snapper, blackened catfish........

They also do it to pigs as well some people torch off remaining hair from deer ect after skinning.

I have torched the hair off pigs too, but I would imagine it would be easier to skin the animal to eat it.

The bonus here is you don't have to handle the hide...this gets rid of all the louse ,ticks and creepy crawlies much easier.

To bad there was no translation (sub titles) to understand his instructions.

Hey, food is food, I don't know if I want to try it but they are wasting less than I would be in that situation.

I get similar looks when I talk about eating squirrel and pigeon as I am sure a few of you are giving to the monitor when you watch this video, ha ha.

Thy treat it just like a hog. Many people around the world eat then I guess it just depends how hungry you are and how you are raised. To each there own I guess.

I think they are Hmong-Laos refugees from Vietnam...there are quite a few in Alaska.

Somebody clean, cut and cook it (Ottawa area only) and I will try it. Also as consolation I want the skin, oh and 3 beer to wash it down (Ice Cold).

I could only imagine the stench during the torching of the hide

Not cheap crappy beer like Canadian or Labbats. Something good from a Microbrewery. Like a Oatmeal stout or something.

Just because it is a micro brewery does not mean it is any good, I thought you would take any beer given, I did not see you are one of "those" people :)

This prob the best coyote video i ever seen, mainly because they didnot waste the animal , fed there family and looked like they enjoyed it , good for them!
