for Munsters we do hips and epilepsy probability based on the breed databases (there's no test yet).
Make sure the breed is for you (Griffons are burr magnets in my limited experience) and pick responsible breeder you can trust.
DD Canada is not a bad place for DD (GWP)

this site would be a good place to start your research. You should also look at Pudelpointers and Munsterlanders.
There's a great DD breeder in your area, let me know if you would like more info.
The bare minimum health screening on any sire or dam should be OFA or PennHip hips and thyroid; most reputable breeders will strive for much more.
This is what the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals recommends. Seems excessive to me.

I have a GWP and a DD. Both great dogs. I recommend you seek a GWP from someone very involved with NAVHDA as they breed for hunting performance. If you go the DD route, all concerns disappear as they are IMO as close to a guaranteed hunting dog as you can get. Both breeders of either type will give health clearances but they are generally a sturdy healthy breed. Hard-headed brutes though...
Yes dilly that's the one, I know of anuther breeder up by Flesherton but I don't think he's planning any litters this year.
Noble Spirit " D " litter is on the ground
Hips and elbows, eyes and for Griffons K-locus. For Griffons, only buy from a breeder who hunts and tests/trials their breed stock. This breed is being hijacked by dog fancying urbanites.
