WTF are you talking about?????????????????????
Mike followed that. Just good ole crank mike
I'm glad it worked out well for you stand up. :)
Sorry they damaged them so bad. Hope you get everything and more.
One day lawfull citizens may only have two words of ancient law left.
Molon Labe!
Translates as:
"Come and Take Them"
Means:
"If you kill me you take my weapons"
I'll Amen that
Squeaky wheel gets the grease, standup. Have them appraised for damage by a qualified dealer or gunsmith and contact your MPP office. The should be able to show you where to file a claim. Just because they're firearms doesn't give the province the right to damage property, especially, under a seizure order. The onus is clearly on the custodians to take due care under common law. Actually, you shouldn't need a lawyer. You can DIY.
Thanks Mike
Trimmer ya know honestly never thought I'd say it but with all this and the false allegations which in onscario don't get investigated just get an or two arthritic old guy sleeping on steel for 19 days till he can tell it to a judge I'm really kinda wore down. That's been their plan toward us gun owners since registry loss
Hey Stand' - like I said before - come down here and live free - as a person is suppose to - "take my wife, my dog maybe, my gun never"
I was once in a situation where a friend's guns would either be temporarily seized by the police or stored at my house. The police officer practically begged me to take the gun because of the likelihood they would get damaged or "lost" at the police station.
Sorry to hear about the guns being damaged but at least you got them back. Do everything you can do to get some compensation for the damage
Happy to hear.
