I have ITP Mudlites on my bike. Fabulous tires. I also only hunt deer/moose with mine. It’s only a 350 Bigbear and has done things most wouldn’t believe and the tires are a big part of it.

I ran bearclaws o n my last machine and loved them except it made the steering a bit heavy. Now I run Carlile ACT in 26" on my 500 foreman and as a general purpose tire they are hard to beat. Another benefit is they are a factory tire for can am so there are lots of nearly new take offs on Kijiji. Go with the 26" in these and you will like them.
Mudlites on my Honda 300. Great tires in bush and on lake in slush and snow.
Kenda Bearclaws or Foreman 500 and 350. Excellent wear, good allround performance and price is reasonable. Royal Distributing had best price when I bought last year
I put new Swamp Lites from Royal Distributing on my 700 Yamaha before the moose hunt and they worked great.
ive got a set of mudlites on my 1990 honda fourtrax 350. picked them up at atvtirescanada.com seemed to have the best deal around with free shipping
I run the 4Runner Maxx Plus tires from Royal Distributing on my Honda 250. Great budget tire and I’ve been able to get through some very deep muddy trails even without 4x4.
Replaced the OEM Dunlops with these when I bought my King Quad 700 new. Around 3000 km on them, doing some agressive driving, and still have over half the tread left. I avoided ITP Mudlites because of some complaints that the rubber compound was soft, and they wore quite quickly if used on hard pack surfaces. As someone mentioned, check Kijiji for new take offs if you would be happy with an OEM type tire. I found a set of Carlisle 489's from a new machine that I put on my side by side for $200.
I have never bought ATV tires..even though I have owned 3 3 wheelers..5 ATV..2 argos and my current Polaris 900 side by side as the tires always worked fine. Having said that as a camp owner not to excited to see bikes coming with huge treads or lugs as the destroy the trails. I was always partial and somewhat smitten with the Honda 200 Atc's with the turf tires and the tire in the middle to pack the trails down nicely 😁
I'm on my 2nd Big Red...it's a 200. I hear you about the Turf tires, they do a LOT less damage to the soft ground on a trail. The last one came with the Bear Claws and yes they sure help when going thru the mud holes but unfortunately have resulted in deep ruts on the trails.
ive had Bear Klaws on my Honda Rincon for about 10 years and they still have tons of tread left. Ive taken them through pretty tough terrain from mud, rocks, sand and swamp and they have worked well. They do make the steering a little heavy and are squirrelly on pavement but how often do you drive on pavement?
Outlaw MST's. Wear like iron, are good in mud, rock, snow, trails (great all around tire) and they'll get you home if you get a flat/a hole because sidewalls are stiff enough that you can run them with no air in them.
Mudlite XTR’s get my vote, I can go lots of places in 2WD with these
I have 25 inch zillas on my foreman 400. Does a good job plowing my driveway... Have had them in some rough stuff too, performed well, also have several ks on pavement with no real wear problems

X2 on the 4Runner tires from Royal Distributing.. well worth it and they can handle just about anything!
I have ITP Mudlites on my 750 King Quad. You’ll get a stiffer ride or at least I did than the crap OEM Dunlop’s that came with it. The Mudlites are far more puncture resistant and I’ve had no problems with premature wear. They are good 3 season tires. Any deep lug tire will not fair too well on hard slippery surfaces without studs.
For winter tracks with ice cleats are hard to beat
