Yep!!! My phone went off during the summer for a tornado warning in the middle of the night.....damn near had a stroke !!
I was parked . Thought it was Aliens . HOLY MAN !!!!!
Nothing happened on my phone.
And mine went off when the first tests were done.
Nothing happened here. Nothing ever happens with the canadian alert ststem and my phone. Get everything fine in the states, but canada never works.

Got it on the car radio this afternoon, my phone isn't a smart one and I'm quite happy with that.
There was no sound from my phone. Forgot that it was going on. Looked at my phone later and i had all these test alerts from all the town's I look at on the weather Network.

Went out for a late lunch with a buddy, the alarms were going off on most every ones,phones, mine did not, I guess I should have left it turned on ??.
I hate the darn thing making noises when I, eating and trying to talk with my friend over and above all the noise in a restaurant with people all most yelling to be heard and cell phones ringing and people talking into them very loud.
Never had anything on my phone. I suppose when the zombie apocalypse starts, I will be the last to know....
In order to receive the alerts, you have to be connected to a LTE (4G) network. So if you are in a rural area, where 3G signals are the norm, or have a phone that only operates on the 3G network, you won't get the alerts.
