Still cant believe that Brad is gone, but now that WIld Game is no longer what are people doing?

I think we atr taking ours to Wallenstien this year now that Brad is gone.

Have used them before, great little butcher shop, About an hour drive but the smaller the better.

I don't trust a lot of butchers, I'd like to know how much meat I get back is actually the deer I shot....I have heard stories from employees at certain shops....

John Adair on grey rd. #4 between Flesherton and Durham just west of Priceville is very reasonable and does a great job. He worked with Brad for many years.

I have heard country meat cuts in Utopia is really good. I haven't used them myself yet as I prefer to do my own, but I keep their number handy early season until the temps drop.

I had called John early September and thought I was all set. Son got a small buc and when I called him he said that he had too many and I couldnt take it there until later..i was less than impressed. Had confirmed with him that we could drop off from the field to him the same as Brad and when we talked he assured me it was no problem...but when I called everyrhing was changed....we ended up taking to jaymar and man was I impressed...somethings just happen for a reason...alot of the butchers take to jaymar for the pepperettes..so went right to the source
