what in the hell is going on LOL
Great youtube video with Andre Rieu, there is a man with tons of class, so ?? ? ???joe I have no idea of what you are trying to proport !!!!
Hope you don't try and turn this into how great the u.s. is and the wars it has won!!! post, as all your others seem to go that way.
Thought you would enjoy the music and bring some class into your life - music has a place everywhere even at OOD - speaking of war I think it won't be long before Trump orders some action against Iran - they are playing with fire - but in the meantime we can listen to music - I bet when you saw my post you figured old Joe is stirring up some trouble again but was disappointed when it was just some music with class- fooled ya -
I have 11 cd's by Andre Rieu, I do appreciate great music, and have long before ????? you appeared on the scene!
Take your meds and go away!
I am probably one of the few 85 year old guys that don't take any kind of medicine - I thank God for that - I still cut down trees for firewood - still plant a very large garden - fix my vehicles - take care of a big house and my daughter - I've been blessed so far - looking forward to football season so I can watch my grandson play quarter back for a local high school - he will only be a junior and is the starting QB - several major colleges have already contacted him because he is so good - he takes after his grandfather - me -

Displaying humility is a sign of class. I think you need listen to some more music.
LOve Andre Rieu. Thanks for the music Joe.
Your welcome Sharon - I was just listening to some old songs from the 50 and 60s - sure brings back memories - maybe everybody feels that way when they listen to songs that they played when they were young but there were some real good singers back in those days -
Boy we have some real hot weather down here - it has been in the high 90's during the day and it doesn't cool off over night - they are calling for this heat wave to end tomorrow - I hope so - take care
First you tell me that there is no absolutes when it comes to what is right or wrong - then I'm told that you can't decide what is right or wrong since everyone has their own opinion - now you tell me I must be humble - would you please make up your mind for Pete's sake - so I can please you -
Have you ever read an obituary in the paper after a guy dies - it spells out all the things the guy did while he was alive - I guess that is a no no - I've done a lot of things in my lifetime that I am proud of so what's wrong in telling people so they can have guidance - a guy catches a big fish or shoots a big buck - first thing he does is take a picture of it and puts it on OOD - doesn't sound like humility to me - if you are a boxer and go into the ring humble - you ain't gonna win the bout - our forefathers were not humble when they started this nation - better believe it
Humility IS a virtue. Obits are usually not written by the deceased.
You would be surprised how many people who know they are go ing to die compose their own obituary - they do it so that what is printed is correct - I have mine all set to go - "JoePa world famous hunter, fisherman and athlete passed away in his sleep on ------ - He is survived by his 5 children - 15 grand children and 4 great grand children (maybe more) - at Joe's request no public viewing will be held - in lieu of flowers donations should go the the NRA - on his head stone will be the words - Here lies a real great man"
[QUOTE=Snowwalker;1088436]Be sure to tell us were your planted..

Those "old greats " that had good voices and you could understand the words they sang, unfortunately are long gone, now what you get for singers are high pitched loud screamer that you can't understand.
That is why I still prefer to listen to great instrumentals of the golden era Big Bands or pianists, guitar players and even Michael Buble.
oh come on guys Mötley Crüe was legendary ,
i wasnt even born in that era i was born after that lol . i hate the music now adays its all crap
Even though I liked most of Glen Campbells music I never really went out of my way to listen close to his playing. After he died and the accolades to his musical diversity started piling up I began listening to him on You Tube to some of his riffs and realized just how good this guy was. The screaming and screeching stuff that todays guitarists play shows how talented they are but its nothing I could ever listen to for any miniscule amount of time. Doesn't make what I listen to better, just a different era and a different appreciation of what music should be.
Steve ‘n’ Seagulls are it. LOL
Talk about talent.
