COVID-19 — restrictions and closures that could impact fishing and hunting

I worried that the fur auction wont happen this year.

What do I do with 40 pelts hanging in the shop right now ready to be sent? I don't have freezer room for that to keep for another year. Cost a fortune to tan myself.

Silly question, but could you get someone to invest in the hides with you, I'm assuming their value goes up once tanned?

Don't be so sure, that is a pretty poor list.

My municipality has closed public trails and boat launches yet it did not make the list.

Mother nature is restricting access here. There's still a coating of ice on the lakes but not enough to walk on as of yesterday.

Find a used chest freezer on Kijiji? Can usually find them fairly cheap

Effective April 11/2020. No camping on Crown land now either according to the OFAH.

So that makes bear hunting nearly impossible unless you have private property with bears? It's not clear to me anway?

At this point, the MNRF has not made any decisions to restrict, delay or cancel provincial fishing and hunting seasons or restrict access to Crown land.
