What are you folks using to upload? The site proper, Tapatalk, or an alternative third-party picture sharing platform?
If you go into settings -->Miscellaneous -->Attachments, what does it say? Feel free to PM to troubleshoot further, if you prefer.

If you go to the settings gear at the top of screenshot #1, then go down to the left-hand side and click on "attachments" under miscellaneous (see screenshot #2), you'll be given the option to select and delete your attachments, freeing up space for you to continue to post (see screenshot #3).

Did your entire post delete when you cleared attachments?

Do you shrink your photos before uploading them onto the site? You'd be able to fit a lot more on there if you did. Typically I recommend to half resolution, unless you want to start using an outside platform to keep them at full-resolution.Quote:

No the forum is not running out of room, I just posted a few things a couple of day's ago or so.
Make sure the file you are attempting to upload is smaller then 1.5 megs.

When I first joined here I had issues trying to post pics, that's when I joined imgur. It really is quite simple. Join the site and sign in. Simply drag your picture onto the page and it will upload on its own. Then when you click on your picture a newer window will pop up like this.Quote:

That took me maybe 40 seconds to get on the site, sign in, click on my images and then pick the one I wanted. Then in the window click on copy BBCode. Then go to your post here and simply right click and then click on paste. Voila, all done. Once you've done it a few times it will seem easy peasy.

gbk I appreciate your frustration, but here are at least some options for you to explore. It's tricky to troubleshoot remotely when we can't see your whole set-up, but shrinking files has always been my "hack" for saving space on whichever platform.

Just a follow up!
First of all-thank You again to all for the help(.I have now a backdoor insurance...........)
Secondly-i still believe there is an issue with the Forum regarding picture posting,
Reasons-few other members complained on Hunting threads in the last few days about their issue posting pictures,similar to what i was saying...
On this Sunday i started a thread-and attached 2 pictures to the thread.
One picture is about 1.8 MB,the other one is 1.1 MB.
i managed to attach both without DOING ANYTHING! Just followed what i did for the past 10 years..........(was doing a trial!)
More surprisingly-they got SHRUNK to about 20 KB at the point of uploading them to the Forum.!!!???
Again-i DID absolutely nothing differently and did not work on shrinking them
ps-i did deleted almost all my attachments from the forum(shame-because they may be sought after-maybe not, but that is not the point) .That brought me down to 3.2 MB usage( 20 pictures)-BUT,i was never more then about half of the Forum allocation in MB.
EVER.
Oh-and even though the note say-not used pictures will be deleted in an HOUR-that actually never happened(until i did not delteted my attachments from the posts).
Now,if this is me doing-my computer skills doing or my computer is doing-PLEASE, i need to be convinced.
