New Hunter Question....no fall turkey season in wmu 60?

I noticed that there is no fall turkey season in wmu 60...has that always been the case?

Yes it has. I believe there needs to be 300 turkeys harvested for 3 consecutive years before they will open a fall hunt.

if im not mistaken there were a few hunt clubs looking for a guy not to long ago (not sure if they've filled the spot). im not 100% sure if they are in your area but if you scroll down in the forum you might be able to find it.
