Depends on you operating system and the apps you use.. that is a YouTube video, so should run as soon as you hit the 'play' icon. If not you may have to right click and copy the URL and paste it into the address bar of your browser.

Are you using any sort of script blockers? That could do it.

You at work? Ha ha, if they block youtube this this would be blocked.
