Liberal's breaking the law and thinking they don't have to follow it.... usual. Judge says they MAY have to but it is already a year and amnesty is less than a year left and we still don't have a list of the "variants" that are also added to the OIC banned list.

Re CCFR v Canada - Rule 317 Order
The CCFR received a favorable decision from Associate Chief Justice Gagné on the Rule 317/Cabinet Privilege issue.

Justice Gagné agreed with our argument that the AGC had not properly complied with the Canada Evidence Act and therefore could not benefit from its blanket protection. Instead, the common law doctrine of Cabinet Privilege applies. She therefore ordered that the AGC file the documents with the Court under seal.
Gagné ACJ will review the documents to determine: (1) if cabinet privilege applies; and if so (2) whether the public interest in disclosure outweighs the importance of upholding the documents’ confidentiality.
We’ll see what records ultimately end up in our hands after the Court’s review, but this is a good result in the meantime.

AGC just says, it's secret why we passed the OIC, let's hope judge cares about Canada's future and freedoms...for more Ian Runkle talks on here https://www.oodmag.com/community/sho...16#post1163016

The CCFR's Biggest PR Campaign.. Ever!
    Politics

In June of 2020, the CCFR launched the largest public relations campaign on behalf of gun owners ever. It was comprised of 68 full pages of content in 17 newspapers across the country, a new explainer video and audio ads on Spotify, Apple Music and Google Music. Here in June 2021, the CCFR is eclipsing that project, by a significant margin. Our newest project is the CCFR Billboard Campaign.

The CCFR has the message "Can You Handle The Truth: Gundebate.ca", running on 66 electronic billboards across the entire country for the next three months. This project includes yet another redevelopment of gundebate.ca. This overhaul greets visitors with a compelling, two-minute video by our own Matt Magolan to tell people what the issues really are. As well, the site is populated with our explainer videos, our television shows and other information the public should be interested in. Regular updates and improvements will be made to gundebate.ca throughout the campaign. If we find we're getting enough traffic to the site, the CCFR is prepared to renew the campaign for an additional 3 months. Check out all the locations of these signs at the bottom of this post.

CCFR win... not yet... Liberal's refuse to provide judge with information on why they did OIC ignoring court order... will not release reason for OIC... it's a government secret.

Liberal government has taken one more very large step towards dictatorship.

    From CCFR page.

"Today, Bruce Hughson of the Department of Justice forwarded a notice to the Federal Court concerning our case against the Attorney General of Canada. The notice is to inform the court that the government has invoked Section 39 of the Canada Evidence Act. This is an action that the Clerk of the Privy Council can take to "make secret" any materials the government doesn't want the public to see. This puts the materials, in this case the government's evidence, beyond the reach of anyone, even the courts."

Nuclear level update, yes, after only a week. Details released for the biggest PR campaign the CCFR has ever done.
The Attorney General files Sec.39 secret classification on its evidence for the gun ban, not even the judge can see it.

Welcome to Liberal Republic of Canada, ethics violations - fine, censorship and secrecy and anti-freedom policies....

    - billboard companies refuse business because it is about firearms
    - bank shuts down firearm store accounts
    - IT companies refuse to work with CCFR

Lies, bigotry, paranoia, fear mongering .... all encouraged by the current gov't... #LIBSMUSTGO

WION was talking about Canada in the news awhile ago and I think alot of Canadians need to think about what the perceptions and reality are... they sure ignore the reality now!

    * She says it clearly "Canada is becoming a threat to global peace" with it's support for terrorist and the Lib gov't actions.
