Listening to these, the phrases "absolutely awful", "supreme court case" (will be taken there), "prone to abuse" .... the more he reads the bigger the problems appear.... based on this, the best description (that is polite) is legislation written by ideologues with no clue and who want to abuse power!

UN or not it clearly aimed at being as punitive and abusive to the law abiding as possible... just listening to the grandfathering .... not public safety... and prone to city by-laws .... so it is going to sit in your safe...
