George Floyd ex police officer trial
https://www.pscp.tv/w/1nAKELRRqgyxL
this cop has no chance, media isnt helping at all, plus a open door trial. might as well throw him off a cliff lol.
im not saying the cop wasn't wrong, but the whole innocent until proven guilty thing is long gone a long time ago lol.

Well I have arrested scores of suspect's over a 35 year career, I might have had a suspect in that position for a minute, but after handcuffing the next logical thing to do is get a suspect into a scour car or simply start walking him/ her to the station.
I have never placed a knee in a position to choke of breathing, the whole thing was excessive use of force.
In all probability he will go down for manslaughter as there was no intent to kill.
The defense is that other factors such as a pre medical condition and drug's in his system were involved
This would be a compromise verdict, will appease the family and supporter's, and not get others riddled up that they are throwing away the key on this guy. IMHO

I agree fully with you Gilly on the eventual verdict but I'm sure there is still that group of radicals out there just waiting for any excuse to start rioting. They won't be appeased regardless of any verdict.

very interesting, im watching the trail and yes the main thing theyre bringing up at the moment is its not a practice to leaver someone prone like that for that long let along while cuffed and a knee on your neck, i believe theyre trying to get him for 1st 2nd degree murder and manslaughter, well see i guess.

The jury is being given the options based on the evidence, one of those will be the result.

A lot of 'innocent till proven guilty' assumptions , go out the door, when there is much video evidence. Most people can see.

Half of the pop of inmates would want to kill him. the other half would protect him, and even give him a pat on the back.
