They have Police Body Cam video of him complaining he couldn't breath when he was still sitting against the wall..long before he was restrained. His heart was already stressed and the autopsy confirmed the drugs were the cause of death.

Police brutality for his arrest for sure, but not homicide.
they have showed twice that the medical examiner deemed it was a HOMICIDE.

From a no body to a hero - George Floyd - a statue of him sitting on a horse will be erected in the town square - a highway will be called the George Floyd Memorial Highway - a local school will change its name to the George Floyd Grenadiers - kids will be able to buy George Floyd dolls - many parents will name their new baby George - a movie will be eventually made about George and his contributions to society - a special stamp will be made to honor George - then a couple years from now someone will ask a kid if he ever heard of George Floyd - his response - George who?

Sad but true. Meanwhile there hasn't been any real mention of the Uber driver, the special needs Trump supporter kid who was kidnapped and tortured live on Facebook, the 100's of officers shot or injured during routine procedures daily, etc.

A preliminary autopsy report cited earlier by prosecutors said the county medical examiner's review "revealed no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation."
The Hennepin County medical examiner's office, however, said Floyd experienced cardiopulmonary arrest while being restrained by the officer. The county autopsy said Floyd had "other significant conditions" including "arteriosclerotic and hypertensive heart disease; fentanyl intoxication; [and] recent methamphetamine use." The office had not previously released the findings pending toxicology reports.

What the cop did was wrong..... To serve and protect.....not do as I want.....Not sure if he should be convicted of murder but definitely manslaughter. He took that mans life and for that he should pay.
