South Algonquin Ice Out
Just wondering if anyone has an idea of the ice conditions in the South Algonquin area, specifically, smaller lakes between Barry's Bay and Whitney?
Cheers

I don't know about Barry's Bay but up around Macky the river is still frozen and lot's of snow on the unplowed roads as my buddy tried to go out in the bush the other day.

How is it one careless cigarette can cause a forest fire, but it takes a whole box of matches to light a campfire?

Went around Bancroft on the Peterson today via Wilberforce. Lakes covered with poor ice.
