Red Dot Help
Just put a red dot sight on my bear gun. When I have the gun steady in a vice and move my head, the position of the dot moves. Is it like this with all red dots? This doesn't seem like its going to be very accurate and I may be better off staying with the Truglow sights that are on it. Any ideas?

What ever the dot is on it hits, doesn’t matter if you’re straight on it or off to one side, you’re not lining up 2 sights, just one

You are referring to parallax. Some red dots advertise as being parallax free but may not be 100%
If you have the gun in a vice and have the actual "red dot" on a target you should be able to move your line of sight around without the "red dot" leaving target.

What he said, your eye is moving around the dot, the dots not moving
