Good thing you skipped the camp trip, could have been stuck up there all summer if travel bans come into effect.

A google search shows the same news breaking on April 11th 2020. The ban was lifted literally 1 day before our spring bear hunt in early June. We'll see how it plays out this time, but I will continue to ignore it as I did then.

I will be going camping as soon as I find the time and the weekend weather is nice, currently looking at April 30. I will be safer where I am going anyways.

If people are paying attention, the peak of the 1st wave was this time last year. The driest month of the year in this part of the province (in terms of relative humidity) is March, meaning respiratory illnesses are far easier to transmit, so it makes sense this will peak in April every year.
We're doing 10x as many tests as were were at this time last year and we don't understand why we "can't get control of this virus", yet all other seasonal illnesses are basically gone.

Brampton and Mississauga they are talking about curfew closing down essential work places, handing out more fines and possibly check points.

Seen another one stating all of Ontario may see a curfew .

It can't get any more Stricker in my area than last year.
They blocked the boat ramps closed down the water area the pier in Beaverton is still blocked off over a year now . The parking lots on the river they blocked all the parking spots so you couldn't even get close to the river . Parking lots that are connected to the lake completely blocked off . It can't get worse than before.
If they block off the boat ramps again they better close down the golf courses too.

Same here, they’re won’t be enough cops to patrol all the bush roads around here. I don’t even think they will bother. People camp with family and friends that are already in their bubble.

Ford didn't have the nuts to do what he should have done in January and February. He won't shut anything down. He'll plead with the FOLKS! We had our chance in February to get this under control with vaccine and thanks to Trudeau we didn't have any vaccine so here we are ....again! Lock down the hot zones if you want to make an impact.
