Yes, manure from the livestock will be liquified and sprayed. It's very common. However, I believe the topic of this thread is about human waste.

I'll add that the fields (corn) were fallow at the time and was just as surprised as you about it. Might have been cow corn I don't really know but I did see the T.P..
