I'll add it sounds like they may open the U.S. border for non-essential travel before the 4th of July weekend;
United States land borders with Canada and Mexico will remain closed to non-essential travel until at least June 21, the U.S. and Canadian governments said on Thursday.

Sorry to sound skeptical but deliberately tying liberties to getting a jab is not a democratic way of doing things.
The government has repeatedly moved the goal post.
This is our summer season and yes influenza cases drop like a rock. No way they could continue to justify their numbers.
I would venture to guess that a fourth wave will magically appear in September.
Rinse and repeat. The only real solution is to kick the bums out to the curb.

It's all the same but the sporting events and casino will open.
It's a similar time line as last year without vaccines.

Smooth move from the government to pass reasons for extended lockdowns on to everyone's neighbours, friends and family members. Divide and conquer.

Who said anything about democratic.... Canada elected a dictatorship lover and the anti-freedom and anti-free speech see it as an opportunity. Hence OIC, C-21, C-10 etc. (See link for just how f***** bad it really is https://www.oodmag.com/community/sho...-looks-at-C-21 )

Makes you wonder a bit abit about the COVID/Vaccine disaster we have.

They seem to be trying to setup mail in voting etc. .... 4th wave and election will likely "coincidentally" overlap .... I saw they wanted to be able to keep counting ballots AFTER the polls closed.... I guess it helps with how many they need to print and fill out.
I really think they want to protract this "opportunity" as long as possible (as compared to many other countries) and the small businesses (ones the gov't has little influence in) and children (all ready sold out, look at debt and interest payments alone), they will likely try and run through the summer instead of a break to push through C-21, C-10 (* seems their priority) etc.
