Having a physician attest in writing that you meet the criteria for a medical exemption is not providing your specific medical history. You can expect to be asked to provide proof from a pastor or other church official if you are claiming a religious exemption as well.

What part of not under obligation to disclose don't you understand? You can ask all you want.

Absence of proof that an individual meets the immunization standard set by the employer, government, facility owner, etc. will be sufficient to deny entry and in the case of an employer send you home unpaid unless you can provide evidence of an a exemption on religious or medical grounds.

Again I do not have any obligation to share my medical history vaccine status with anyone but my Dr. in fact it is protected by law. Same goes for my religious denomination that is between me and God.

Many companies coming forth with conditional employment on being vaccinated ...
Air Canada basically told their employees, no vaccine ... go on volunteered lay off.
My company just said it's a condition of employment ... they won't fire people, but there will be severe limitations (and I do agree with some, for example you will not be able to attend large gatherings in person).
Every day more and more companies come forward with policies that will treat vaccinated differently to unvaccinated.
If you're fighting for your rights ... you're losing that battle almost as fast as Taliban took over Afghanistan.

Can't blame a company if they pass on the cost of asserting your rights.
