Question: I purchased the $15.00 moose license but did not get a tag, do I have to purchase the $35.00 extra being I did not get a tag or is the $35.00 extra only for the hunters that get a tag?

The $15 you paid was the application fee for the draw, it is not a licence. You are correct in that if you want to hunt moose, you must spend another $35.29 on the basic licence BUT you must party hunt with someone who has a tag.

Are you using a VPN? I've had issues like that on government sites where I had to disconnect the vpn before I could get something to work.

Never mind, my short term memory loss has kicked in. I just looked thru my Visa card statement and payed the $35.00 moose license when I bought my deer license...

Happens to everyone. I was going to ask you if you already bought one and just to check your tags that are available to print.

    Now I am really confused....
When I look at my summary my moose license has a check mark but does not show printed nor does it show that I can print? I looked at my printed licenses in the man cave and do not have a printed moose license only a summary showing a check mark.
I am soooo confused. Being I did not draw a tag but payed the $35.00 fee (which I assume the check mark means I payed plus my visa statement proves I did) is my summary good to hunt moose on a party members tag?

From what I understand,as long as the license is listed on your summary, you're GTG with party hunting with another hunter who has a printed license and tag. Just to be sure, you should be paying a visit to your local office or put in a call for a CO before you go.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....
