Opinions on G3 Boats , 2020 G3 Angler V18 SF
I'm thinking of buying a 2020 G3 Angler V18 SF. Has anyone had any experience with the Angler series of G3 boats. There is some concern that they tend to ride bow heavy , plowing somwhat even when trimmed up. Two of the boat review videos sort of exhibited that tendency but it wasn't my finger on the trim button LOL. The G3 boats seem to be one of the few that may have true dry storage in the bow lockers with the tall weather resistant lip on the roto moulded compartment set into the deck. I'll be viewing a boat in person tomorrow for the first time but won't get a test ride. Any info you might have on these boats would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have a 2018 177 G3 Outfitter , Tiller (70hp) prior to that Lund, and Polarcrafft rigs .
The Outfitter is built like a tank , handles the rough stuff with ease , and your dry . A noticeable upgrade in quality also .

G3 is owned by Yamaha and made in the US (Tennessee, I think) so they're going to be a quality boat. I spent a day in one fishing with a guide in the US two years ago and it was really nice. Inside it looked a lot like a Lund Pro V or Starcraft STX, with big wide gunnels, lots of depth, big dash with lots of room for a graph, and loads of storage. It rode great but we weren't on big water, so I can't speak to how it handles chop.
