Default Kingston vs Ottawa ICU numbers ???

Not a rocket scientist here, but I do understand basic math. Ottawa has a population of over 1 million, Kingston and area about 160,000 give or take, not working with fractions lol.
Kingston Health says we have 14 in hospital ICU with 10 on ventilators due to covid, with about 1600 active cases.
Ottawa Health has 0 in ICU, with 3300 active cases and this stands to reason none on ventilators unless I'm missing something.
Does something seem off about this MAJOR DISCREPINSEY ??
Is it the air quality in Kingston, maybe pollution or weather related?
Is it just the way some locals report admissions to hospital?
Something seems really really off here.
This is an honest question here, as science is about questioning to solve problems, not looking to get flamed by any with no answers.

    Age groups maybe ?
Kingston might have 2 cases of omicron on icu one is confirmed the other is not. The one confirmed has the shots and has many comorbidity.

Also the strain going around will have an impact on the emergency room.

If the majority of the cases are under 50 there will be less in the hospital.

No brains in Ottawa, no ventilators required. I think it may have to do with the doctors thoughts, are those in Ottawa not quite as bad as those in Kingston, but Kingstons not taking any chances.

Statistical compilation and media reporting has been sketchy AF since the outset. Reporting has, quite clearly, been an agenda-driven,fearmongering disinformation campaign with conflicting data changing daily. No wonder people are casting a critical eye to the veracity of politicians and the science community.
Society needs to stop bending to the will of the delusional.

A family member of mine works in the Kingston medical field. The reason for the people there in the ICU is that they are being sent there from other areas.

How is it one careless cigarette can cause a forest fire, but it takes a whole box of matches to light a campfire?

All numbers of ICU patients flown by helicopter and transported by specially equipped busses to Kingston were not supposed to count as local statistics originally as that would screw up the covid database for this health unit.
Guess they are trying to spread fear among the local population if they are now counting Toronto patients flown to KGH as now being Kingston statistics, if this is what is really happening behind closed doors.

WOW, now KFLA Health unit reports 6 deaths due to covid in the last 3 days here, and yet still no one in ICU in an area (Ottawa) just100 miles north of here with 6 times the population as well as being more densely populated and twice the case counts. Makes you wonder about reporting, data manipulation and just sensationalist fear mongering.
At the bottom of the report they mention these are actually Delta covid deaths not Omicron.
At least they could state the truth if these deaths are from people brought into our hospitals from other cities 100s of miles away, don't insinuate that they are local people falling dead.
