    What Sam said.
The young Bulls are usually on the cruise though, so you should see some action for sure.
Second year not Moose hunting, feels kind of weird.
Walleye are biting and grouse numbers are good.
    Good Luck!

Good to know regarding the young Bull movement. Being our first archery hunt we would have no issues taking a young bull....good eats
    Thanks Deer Hunter!

    Good info Sam

Hi Guys ! Just came back from our Bow Hunt in WMU 22.. Was there from Sept.24 th - Oct. 2nd... we flew in and found the weather warmer then usual and very windy at times
    both southerly and northerly winds..
I called very early and used all my knowledge, only heard a Cow respond from afar... So , seems to me the Rut hadn't started because although we saw tracks , the Bulls stayed away !!
I feel , especially on this lake , things pick up closer around the first week of Oct. and lasting a bit into the second week and then, "boom" its done !! Did anyone else experience similar results ?
Guys who flew into WMU 16C had better results ..yes , they were further up North and got two Bulls and a calf from two different lakes !
