Pretty sure the no discharge bylaw says NO.
"Camo" is perfectly acceptable as a favorite colour.

We eat Carp,
not the huge ones, but smaller ones on holland river I tried couple times and it was great.
I asked Toronto police once if I can bow fish on Toronto island for carps ... lol they were not even happy to be asked.

Nope, no discharge ... bow nor shotgun. I wanted to hunt ducks behind the island also and that was no go as well.
