Please suggest some bow fishing aria in Toronto for Carp fishing. I am a beginner.

Got to leave pretty much the GTA area as though bow fishing for carp is legal municipal bylaws prohibit the discharge of firearms and in most cases bows are considered a firearm.

OP, as FFF already stated.

The GTA as a whole, and the immediate areas around it are subject to discharge by-laws, which precludes bow.

Basically you're going to need to be East of Oshawa, North of York Region, or West of Hamilton in order to find areas to bow fish.
