If by September the forum will not pick up, and will not keep up strong till the end of the yea(Hunting season in its strongest) the Forum "is indeed dead".
Regardless what is the wishful thinking of some( do not take this reply personally please-it was not meant YOU)

There is a delicate balance in everything in life:
from :
healthy eating to stay healthy-till eating to enjoy the meal.
from enjoying a good quality wine-till getting drunk.
from buying quality hunting gear-till "hording"unnecessery hunting stuff just because.

Unfortunately ,we lost that much needed balance, in a name of something .

The forum was lively ,because of those many threads!
Yes-there was a bit more of bickering than it may be handled once in a while-but looking back-i think,it was just the nature of the beast.
Some could not handle it-some thrived on it.
Balance.

We lost just about every each profilic member,and we had them a lot.
They were kicked out ,or they left disillusioned.

The remaining us,do post new threads and reply here and there,(but as far as i can see- less then usual).Yet,the "remaining"us were never the big guns for keeping things moving.
Except few current members,but even they are keeping it low....

One thing was missed out in the big scheme of things:

No threads = no forum.

Nooooooooooooooooooooo not dead ! It's only sleeping... that's all. It was wore out by that pandemic nonsense and now that things are getting back to normal the Forum just needed a vacation too. Members come and members go for many reasons but the core members will remain and so shall the Forum.
