    Default Bbq Smoker

Iíve had a char griller for nearly 10 years and have made some wonderful bbq. Itís been a great offset smoker. But itís a bit small. Iím only able to get 4 racks of ribs on at a time. This wouldnít be a big issue if I used it only for my immediate family. I usually host a bbq a month and like to have the extended family and friends over. Iíve purchased a slow and sear for my Weber to add some smoking space but Iím getting tired of running multiple units.

Prices of new offset smokers are pretty up there. Iíve also seen some custom fabricators online making them. They too are not cheap. Has anyone had a smoker made or bought one of these big heavy ones ? (ie. yoder) Iíll probably end up having one custom made, Iím just stalling. I was recently quoted 5k for a trailer styled one you can pull behind your vehicle. The cooking chamber on this unit is 60x30. Heck I could do a small hog on that.

Anyways, just looking for any other bbq enthusiasts input.
