I stuffed sausages using a stuffer plate on my grinder for 25years and it was a pain. I kick myself for not having purchased a stuffer on day 1. A 5 pounder is all you'll ever need.

I make my own and have my recipe dialed in to what I like.
A sausage stuffer and smoker are a must have.

I can make a 10lbs batch up in about 30min now.

I can't believe what people pay to have them made.

I cant belive what some of the butcher shops charge!

most butchers that smoke will also do pepperettes. not sure about GTA but my favourite are the mennonite run ones. J-mar in mount forest was always my go to.

Hey Fish on, maybe we can work something out.

You supply the meat and I supply the time and equipment and we can share the product! I can make it as I have all equipment needed. I have been making salami and sausage for years! We can try a small batch to test and more whenever you like. Meat can be frozen until ready. Save your money and do it yourself or get someone to show you how, a small investment for equipment and a lifetime of good eats.
